You may receive a call prior to each delivery to confirm the location.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide reliable & efficient medication delivery services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted:
Full Refund
A 100% refund will be issued under the following conditions:
The client has no available or remaining medication refills as confirmed by the pharmacy or doctor.
The client cancels the delivery request One (1) day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
The doctor’s office is unable to process the prescription, resulting in no medication being issued.

Partial Refund
A 50% refund of the delivery fee + 100% of the doctor office fee will be issued if:
