Medication Delivery Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 1 – 2025
We strive to provide reliable & efficient medication delivery services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted:
1. Full Refund
A 100% refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- The client has no available or remaining medication refills as confirmed by the pharmacy or doctor.
- The client cancels the delivery request One (1) day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- The doctor’s office is unable to process the prescription, resulting in no medication being issued.
1. Partial Refund
A 50% refund of the delivery fee + 100% of the doctor office fee will be issued if:
- The client cancels on the day of delivery.
Taxi Service Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our taxi service. We strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made via our online payment portal (credit or debit card) may be refunded.
1. General Policy
All fares paid are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Refunds will only be issued in specific circumstances outlined in Section 2 below.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The booking was cancelled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
Service was not provided due to a fault on our part (e.g., no driver dispatched).
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Email us at taxi@ridehubbarbados.com with your booking details, payment confirmation, and reason for refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original transaction date.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.
Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer).
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
The passenger is a “no-show” (driver arrives but passenger is not present).
The booking was cancelled after the allowed cancellation window.
